SUMMARY

One expert designer/builder takes on the challenge of improving homeowners lives by determining their renovation priorities where their wants and needs may be in conflict. 

In each episode, homeowners share what they want out of an upcoming renovation asking the designer to consider three projects, but the catch is they only have the budget for one of them - but which one really is the best for their home? Handing over the house keys, the renovation decisions are now out of their control, and they must now leave it to the designer to make the final decision. The designer must determine if the renovation will serve the homeowners best by fulfilling their wants or their needs, and they won't know what he or she has decided until they see it themselves.

Will they get the renovation of their dreams even if it's completely different to what they expected? Could you leave it to the designer?
